Best Food in Eastern Europe!
This was (hands down!) our best meal during the trip. Maybe because we were so rice deprived? Regardless, we found it sooooo good we are there twice (or was it thrice?) in a span on three days. We even made friends will the waiter! His name is Attila. As in Attila the Hun.

Rainy Day in Budapest
Dohány Street Synagogue or the Budapest Great Synagogue. It’s really pretty and really HUGE! Wish we got to take a little peek inside. Maybe next time!
It was quite the rainy day and we were in a bus with no windows (except in front) so I got really drenched. It was pretty hassle but then again..ADVENTURE!

Of marketplaces and deceiving delicacies
The Great Market Hall. It was HUGE and pleasant to go around. Surprisingly, meat was selling for cheaper than what it would cost in Manila!
After sitting down for lunch, we decided to try one of these super enticing cream puffs. Talk about DISAPPOINTMENT! As they say…Looks can be deceiving!

At the first sight of flashing lights in the distance…
Me: Look! Flashing lights. I bet there was an accident.
Mom: No, I think it’s just police cars or something.
Me: No really, it’s an accident!
As we got closer, we realized it WAS an accident. Me being me, I got excited and worked my way to the front of the crowd. Photos aren’t clear coz the HUGE police dude kept...

Above is a photo of “a mumified forearm more than 400 years old hanging on the right of the entrance. It belonged to a thief who tried to steel some jewels from the Madonna on the high altar one night. But...

Real Czech food
We entered this restaurant called Mustek for dinner our first night in Prague and they boasted of their real Czech food so we decided it was a good idea. This is what we ordered!

Is it haunting us?:|
The first photo was taken in Salzburg, Austria. It was sort of in a dark corner and when I saw it, i got a little freaked out. You can just imagine my reaction when mom and I bumped into an almost identical figure while walking the streets of Prague, Czech Republic. WEIRD! Apparently it’s in memory of some important person. Haha!

Does this look good? You tell me!
Does this pizza pretzel thing look good to you guys? Or was it just that fact that we were starving that made it look good in our eyes?(touring the entire day will do that to you.) Either way, BIG MISTAKE. It was blahhh. What a waste! Oh well, lesson learned….
Next time, go for the safe bet: plain warm pretzels. YUM! Had these in Munich for breakfast and they were AMAAAZING! Never gonna...
