We entered this restaurant called Mustek for dinner our first night in Prague and they boasted of their real Czech food so we decided it was a good idea. This is what we ordered!

duck/goose liver but it didn’t taste anywhere near foie gras! Dad was quite disappointed by this one.

Unadventurous me decided it was a good idea to order fried Edam cheese. How boring can you get? It turned out to be one of the better dishes that night! So in the end, it was a good choice.
